  Just check the availability using the online reservation system, select the type of room required and fill out the booking form. You will receive by return a confirmation of your booking by e-mail.
• What time is check in and check out?
  Check-in: 14.00 and check-out: 11.00.
• Can I leave the room late?
  Yes, with extra charge.
• Can I choose the type of bed in my room? (Large bed – two beds)
  Yes please precise it in the Comment part when you make your booking.
• We are coming with 1 (or more) child; can we add an extra bed in a double room? What are the other options?
  Yes and we have Triple and Quadruple rooms.
• Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace? Can I reserve one?
  No, but some have a view on the patio.
• Are there non-smoking rooms?
  Yes.
• How many storeys does the building have? Is there a lift?
  The building is composed of 2 buildings without lift, one with 4 storeys and the other with 3 storeys.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms? Does it work all year round?
  No.
• Is your hotel adapted for the handicapped?
  No.
• Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room?
  Yes.
• Is there a safe place to park my car? How much does it cost?
  There is a parking in the hotel at 16€ / 24h.

• Does the hotel have an Internet or e-mail terminal for guests?
  No but Wifi is available in the Hotel.
• Do you have high-speed internet in the room for my portable computer? Is it wireless?
  Yes, Internet access (Wifi) available in the hotel.
• Do you have a quiet, romantic room? How can I reserve it?
  The rooms facing the patio are very quiet.
• What languages are spoken in Reception?
  English and French.
• Where may I rent a car?
  The reception will help to find one.
• How far away is the Eiffel Tower?
  At 5.6 km, 35 minutes by metro.
• How far is the Louvre Museum?
  At 3 km, 24 minutes by metro.
• How much does a taxi from the airport cost? How long is it?
  A taxi from CDG airport is about 40€ and from Orly airport is about 50€. It takes about 30 minutes.
• How is the district where the hotel is?
  A shopping area but remaining very quiet.
• I am traveling to assist at an exhibition in…: Is it easy to go from the hotel?
  Yes, Porte de Versailles is located at 40 minutes by metro.
• How can I cancel my reservation?
  You will receive a confirmation of your booking through e-mail. On this confirmation, you will find your confirmation code and a cancellation code. Keep these codes carefully as you will need them if you want to cancel. To cancel the booking, just log on our website, then in « Rates and Bookings », click on « Track/Cancel Reservation », then just follow the procedure. You can use this system only if you have respected the cancellation policy on your confirmation.
